EFT was created by Gary Craig in the mid-1990's. I've been using it with clients since 1997. By tapping on specific acupressure points on the hands, face and body while focusing on a specific problem or issue, it tends to just disappear. TAT is a rising star in the field of energy health that is being used world-wide for everything from weight management to allergy relief. Created by Licensed Acupuncturist Tapas Fleming, TAT is even simpler than its cousin, EFT.
