Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to make desired changes in behavior, attitude, performance and health.

Applications include improved focus, concentration and sports performance; relief from fears, phobias and migraine headaches; stress management; weight control; smoking cessation; pain control; and as an adjunct to medical treatment of cancer, AIDS, infertility and more.

Benefits of Hypnotherapy

Because hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious, results are very quick. The average length of treatment is 4 to 6 sessions, with many clients experiencing measurable progress after the very first session. The rapid results obtained through hypnotherapy also means that it costs less than many other treatments.
